Laiter has brought top Hollywood Academy Award winners such as Steven Spielberg, Ron Howard, Bob Towne and Billy Friedkin to participate in a Screening and Q&A series of 70’s classic movies, a program she created for the New York Film Academy’s LA branch. She followed with an industry Q&A series that brought renowned actors such as Al Pacino, Bryan Cranston, Bill Hader, Adam Driver, Mel Gibson, Seth Rogen, J.K. Simmons, Jonah Hill, Josh Brolin, Nia Vardalos, Edward James Olmos, Richard Dreyfuss, and Kathleen Turner, as well as many others.
The series proved so popular, she expanded the program to brings top Hollywood executives for Q&A lectures, such as Universal President and C.E.O Ron Meyer, Disney Chairman and CEO Alan Horn, Marvel Chairman and Producer Kevin Feige, Netflix Chief Executive of Content Ted Sarandos, Paramount Chairman Jim Gianopolos, and Nu Image owner Avi Lerner.
She also brought A-list directors such as Rob Reiner, Jay Roach, Nancy Meyer, Philip Noyce, and Marc Forster to name a few, and cinematographers included Academy award winners: Janusz Kaminsky, Walter Pfister, Vilmos Zsigmond and Haskel Wexler.
Producers included Joel Silver, Frank Marshal, Steve Tisch, Suzanne dePasse, Stephanie Allain, Bob Shaye, Al Ruddy, and Randall Emmet.
Writers included Linda Woolverton, Alec Sokolow, Robert Kamen, Michael Tolkin, and Darren Star as well as many other TV show runners. She also brought top casting directors, managers, and agents.
Laiter is also a popular guest lecturer on subject matters of behind the scenes in Hollywood due to her experience as a female executive and a producer of main stream studio movies.
